You may use our website to view furniture designs, explore product categories, read information, and contact us for inquiries or orders. The content on this website is provided for general information and customer guidance.

Product Information
We try our best to show accurate product details, images, designs, sizes, materials and descriptions. However, furniture colors, polish shades, fabric tones and final finishing may look slightly different in real life due to lighting, screen display, material availability or handmade work.
Images shown on the website may be used as design references. Final details are confirmed with the customer before the order starts.
Custom Furniture Orders
For custom furniture orders, the customer must confirm the design, size, material, color, fabric, polish and other important details before order confirmation.
Once the order is confirmed and advance payment is received, the order process starts. After this stage, the customer cannot cancel the order because material purchasing, planning and production work may already have started.
Changes After Order Confirmation
If the customer requests any design, size, material, color or other change after order confirmation, Furniture Hub will review the request first.
If the change is possible, it may affect the final price, production time, delivery time or material requirement. Extra charges may apply depending on the requested change. Some changes may reduce or increase the cost, depending on the nature of the work.
Payment Terms
For custom furniture and interior-related orders, Furniture Hub requires a 60% advance payment before starting the work. The remaining 40% balance payment must be paid after order completion and before delivery or collection.

Pricing
Furniture prices depend on design, size, material, polish, fabric, finishing, customization and customer requirements. Custom furniture prices are confirmed after discussing the order details with the customer.
Any changes after confirmation may affect the final price.
Delivery and Collection
Delivery charges are separate and depend on location, order size, furniture type and customer requirements. If the customer wants Furniture Hub to arrange delivery, delivery charges will be confirmed before dispatch.
Customers may also arrange their own delivery or collect the order themselves. In that case, Furniture Hub will not manage or charge for delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Once advance payment is received and the order is confirmed, the customer cannot cancel the order. This is because custom furniture work may include material purchase, labor planning, cutting, production and finishing according to the customer’s selected design.
Return and Exchange Policy
Furniture Hub does not offer return or exchange for custom furniture orders. Custom furniture is made according to the customer’s selected design, size, material and requirements, so it cannot be returned after completion.

If there is any minor finishing issue, touch-up request or adjustment query, the customer may contact us. If the work is possible, Furniture Hub may offer touch-up or adjustment service. Extra charges may apply depending on the work required.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for checking all order details before confirmation. This includes size, color, material, design, polish, fabric and delivery details.
Customers should also make sure that the furniture size is suitable for their room, entrance, stairs, lift, doorway or delivery space.
