At Furniture Hub, we try to keep the order process simple, clear and easy for every customer. This Payment & Delivery Policy explains how payments and delivery arrangements work for custom furniture, ready furniture and interior-related orders.
Payment Policy
For custom furniture and interior work, a 60% advance payment is required before the order is started. This advance helps us purchase material, plan production and begin work on the customer’s selected design.
The remaining 40% balance payment is payable after the order is completed and before delivery or collection. Once the customer confirms the completed order, the final balance must be cleared before the product is handed over or dispatched.
For ready-made furniture, payment details may be confirmed at the time of purchase or order confirmation.
Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only after the design, size, material, color, price and advance payment are agreed with the customer. Any changes requested after order confirmation may affect the final price or completion time.
We recommend customers check all order details carefully before confirming the order.
Delivery Policy
Delivery charges are not fixed for every order. They depend on the delivery location, furniture size, order quantity and customer requirements.
If the customer wants Furniture Hub to arrange delivery, the delivery charges will be discussed and confirmed before dispatch. After confirmation, we will arrange delivery as agreed with the customer.
Customers may also arrange their own transport or collect the completed order themselves from our location. In that case, Furniture Hub will not charge or manage the delivery service.
Delivery Time
Delivery or collection time depends on the order type, design details, production workload and location. We will share the expected time with the customer before or during order confirmation.
In case of any delay due to material availability, transport issues or other unavoidable reasons, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.

Furniture Hub aims to keep every payment and delivery arrangement clear before starting the order. Customers are welcome to discuss payment, delivery and collection options with us before placing an order.
